Nano Graphene

Graphene is made of a single layer of carbon atoms that are bonded together in a repeating pattern of hexagons. Graphene is one million times thinner than paper, and it is actually considered two dimensional.

1.  Single Layer nano Graphene Powder:

thickness:0.6-1.2nm,Length:0.8-2um,>99%

2.  Multi Layer nano Graphene Powder:

thickness:1.5-3.0nm,Length:5-10um,>99%

Graphene-based nanomaterials have many promising applications in energy-related areas. For instance, graphene improves both energy capacity and charge rate in rechargeable batteries; activated graphene makes superior supercapacitors for energy storage; graphene electrodes may lead to a promising approach for making solar cells that are inexpensive, lightweight and flexible; crumpled graphene boosts performance of high-energy lithium storage materials; and multifunctional graphene mats are promising substrates for catalytic systems.

The nano graphene has high conductivity, high tenacity, high strength, large specific surface characteristics, and it can be widly used in the semiconductor, pv, lithium battery, aerospace, military industry, LED, touch screen area.

The applications of graphene in lithium ion battery solve the problem that traditional lithium battery energy density and power density cannot be acquired simultaneously.composite coating add graphene has good antiseptic effect;Graphene mobile phones have realized the mass production, it also marks that the graphene industry made a new breakthrough in intelligent terminal applications, graphene industry is expected to news mount this year.

Computer chips rely on billions of transistors to control the flow of electricity in their circuits. Research has mostly focused on making chips more powerful by packing in more transistors, and graphene could certainly give rise to the thinnest transistors yet.

Nano Graphene could also have applications for camera sensors, DNA sequencing, gas sensing, material strengthening, water desalination and beyond.
